This contains: - Letter sent by Ken Fogelman (Senior Research Officer, NCDS) to all parents of children in NCDS study asking for their help in the 3rd follow-up and giving details of how to gain information from the previous follow-ups, June 1973 - Letter sent by Ken Fogelman to schools to try and locate children that are part of NCDS study, 29/4/1974 - Note given to those carrying out the Parental Interviews re a mistake on the Parental Interview Form - Note sent to NCDS parents by Senior Research Officer giving details of an upcoming visit by a Health Visitor - Letter sent by NCDS to Dr MacQueen thanking them for their help re the 3rd follow-up and giving instructions for staff carrying out the interviews, Nov 1973.
