| Description | Correspondence between Ron Brand (FSC) and Robert (Bert) Mackenzie about Braehead School in Buckhaven, Fife. Mackenzie became the headteacher there in 1957. He was an admirer of A. S. Neill and institigated a lot of progressive education methods at the school. Brand and Mackenzie first met at Godshill, early FSC camps, but then lost touch and reconnected via letter in 1964.
