Description
Manuscript letters. Letter dated [14 April 1899] to Aunt Emma concerns a trip with "Uncle Frank" to Granada. He still had his cough but "is a really a perfect person to travel with because he never fusses or gets impatient or grumbles if we are kept waiting ever so long for food or luggage." Letters for 1910 and 1911 are to Professor Pearson and concern Galton's health and that she wished he wasn't mixed up with the Eugenics Education Society. Letter dated 16 May 1920? describes how Galton had arranged his writing table. She also had some of his photograph albums of the Galtons and Butlers (see GALTON/1/1/12/3) and asks whether these should go to the museum.
