Believes that there is a need to collect better data to compute the influence of family and personal antecedents in the longevity and health of individuals, and that this information is stored in Life Insurance offices, out of which extracts might be furnished. He is prepared to pay expenses for an experimental trial. He asked for a committee to be appointed to consider this proposal.
