DescriptionBundles of papers containing notes, references, correspondence, pedigree charts and printed material relating to particular cases of familial albinism. The data was accumulated for use in the Galton Laboratory publication, 'Albinism in Man', and comprises information collected by Karl Pearson and his colleagues in the laboratory. Papers are mainly in their original packets, labelled with the plate and/or figure number, name of case, date information was received and approved, and referring physician where applicable. Note that the case histories in GALTON LABORATORY/2/1/1/5-6 are primarily for cases of ocular albinism.
