The vast majority of this material consists of Vivian Gaster's papers, which largely relates to Moses Gaster's library collections of books and manuscripts. There are also two boxes of material relating to Moses Gaster's wife Lucy, consisting mainly of letters to her from friends and family. There is a smaller amount of material of several other members of the Gaster family.
