- 4 pages of latin text, in Greenough's handwriting, entitled 'Tolle ambitionem et fastuosos spiritus, virtute claros non habebis';
- a page of notes regarding the appointment of a president to an organisation, possibly relating to the Geological Society of London;
- a letter copied from newspaper (1848);
- notes from a speech at an event related to geology;
- notes from a speech given by Greenough, accepting the position of President for an unnamed organisation.
