TitlePersonal history
Date1776-20th century
DescriptionPapers regarding the personal history of George Greenough. Much of this material was written by Greenough himself in the form of diary entries, but this material also includes notes and draft memoirs written about Greenough by his descendants after his death, some as recently as the mid-20th century.

These papers also include some files about Greenough's relations, mainly the Colthurst family.

Note that the Greenough archive arrived at UCL in two separate accessions (part A and B); as part A had already been catalogued when part B arrived, additional material was not interfiled. Similar material can therefore be found at GREENOUGH/A/24-32.
