| Description | The minutes, and many of the referenced papers, of the Renumeration sub-committee are password protected. The GTCE did not supply the archivists with the password, therefore we have no idea of the contents of the minutes. From other papers referenced at the meetings, and from meeting agendas, we can see that they discussed, among other subjects, Union representation within the GTC,pensions within the GTC, pay reviews for the organisation, performance management within the organisation, and HR policies. |
