DescriptionPhotographs (carte de visite) of 19th century Fenoulhets and photographic copies of drawings or paintings of earlier members of the family. Most of the items are identified by a Christian name on the verso. Comprises:
i) Picture postcard of Wyke Regis Church, Dorset and photographs of Wyke Castle.
ii) Certificate recording birth of Andrew Fenoulhet, 1820, signed by three witnesses and registered at Dr Williams's Library.
iii) Similar certificate, recording the birth of Mary, daughter of James and Mary Cooper, 1785.
iv) Pedigree of the descendants of Lewis Fenoulhet.
v) Address by A C Fenoulhet, to be delivered to the Bible Society, undated.
vi) Letter from the Clerk of Weymouth Board of Guardians, telling A C Fenoulhet that the - Guardians had voted him £25 for his services during the cholera outbreak, 1850.
vii) List of the dates of birth of members of the family, 1880-1888.
viii) Letter from John Cooper to Mrs Fenoulhet, 1862.
ix) Letter from W Cooper to E C Fenoulhet, 1884.
x) Letter from the Curator of the Museum of the Bank of England to Anthony Cooper of London, on the career in the Bank of Andrew Fenoulhet, who entered the service in 1804, 1978.
xi) Packet inscribed 'Copy of the will of Mr. James Cooper dated August 24 1829' enclosing copy of will of James Cooper, gentleman, late of Chiswell Street, but then of Little Chelsea in the parish of St Luke, Chelsea; copy of will of Mary Cooper, widow of Temple Cottage, Church Street, Chelsea, 1844; copy of will of Margaret Fenoulhet, spinster, of Kensington Crescent, 1879.
xii) Christmas card (1973) from Anthony Cooper enclosing a photograph of houses on south side of Rugby St, London, and photocopy of pedigree of descendants of James Fenoulhet (1732/3-1803) compiled 1969.
xiii) Letter from anthony Cooper to 'Bunty' (Mrs G G Arnold), 1974, enclosing photocopy of pedigree of descendants of James Cooper and his wife Mary, compiled 1973.
