TitleAnne Jonos, née Ouilliée
Date8 Apr 1768
DescriptionAnne Jonos, a 42 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. Her father, Paul Ouilliée, and herself were both born in London but her grandfather, also called Paul Ouilliée, was originally from the Vivarais. Her late husband, Guillaume Jonos died two months prior to the petition being made. Anne has suffered complications related to a difficult childbirth ten years previously and as a result, she can no longer work. A note in another hand, signed by J T Muysson, Minister and J Malliet, states that they recommend the petitioner after having talked to Mme Roubel and Dr Cooper. A further certificate at the end, signed by Dr Thomas Cooper, M D, confirms that Anne suffers from a bladder condition that prevents her from doing any strenuous work.
