| Description | Martha Prevost, a 66 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born on 10 August 1777. Her father was Obadiah Woollington and her mother, Elizabeth Prevost, was a descendant of Leonard Prevost, a Huguenot refugee. Martha's only income derives from casual needlework, which she can no longer keep doing as her eyesight is failing and she suffers from several other conditions. The petition is signed by Martha Prevost herself, and Robert Clements.
