The latter's father, Peter Le Conte, had been a member of the French Church of London for several years, as were his parents before him. Sarah works in the silk industry but can no longer continue due to age-related conditions and a decline in her trade. The petition is signed by Sarah Harrold herself and William Thomas Swan.
