Description	Minutes of: i) Committee for disposal of Bond's Court, 1761-1763. ii) Committee for rebuilding the bakehouse wing of the Hospital, 1762-1764, with 8 pages of receipts signed by tradesmen for work. The first 18 pages of the book had previously been used for minutes of the Committee which was set up on 10 January 1759 to arrange for selling or letting the Bond's Court property, and which completed the sale in November 1762.

AdminHistory	On 14 April 1762 the Court again agreed to issue an appeal for building funds, this time for rebuilding the wing contiguous to the bakehouse. This cost £1,600, and the appeal raised £1,581.
