Description	The IOE moved into Portman Square in 1943 when they returned to London. From 1939 - 1943 their central base had been in Nottingham as IOE space at Senate House has been requisitioned by the Ministry of Information in 1939. In 1946 they moved from Portman Square back in to Senate House.
