Description	Papers regarding the Institute of Education’s links with Hong Kong, mainly in the form of a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree course for serving teachers taught partly in Hong Kong and partly in the UK. These papers are the contents of a file labelled "Correspondence with Dr M.K. Tam 1988-1995". At the time Dr Tam was involved in the administration of the BEd course in Hong Kong. The correspondence is mostly with Dr Charles Plummeridge, Head of the 'Centre for In-Service BEd Degree' at the Institute of Education (London).
