Description	Typescript copy of a letter to John Newsom, County Education Officer regarding a complaint about the organisation of Howe Dell School, especially that the children from the Royal Patriotic Fund Orphanage were not learning book-keeping, shorthand, typewriting and domestic sciences skills; two children were not allowed to re-sit their grammar school exams [naming the children]; lack of general discipline; and the experimental nature of the school.
