The first, 'Outline of School Design' which looks at policy statements, the evolution of school plans, the scene since 1945, industrialised buildings etc., was done at the request of the DFEE. The second is 'Finmere Primary School, Oxfordshire: An Outline of its Position in the History of School Building in England' and was written in response to threatened closure of the school which was one of the early DES projects. |
