Informing Nichola Hans of a shor t illness which prevented him from going to a conference in Mexico and the possibility to resume working on the introduction of the Hispano-American part of the yearly book on education. Also Luzuraga mentiones the opportunity to publish the translation in Spanish of "Comparative Education" and asks for any conditions to its publication. - 01/11/1951, Entreat Nicholas Hans to send an article to be published at the end of the month as well as an entreaty to reply to a leter sent by bMDM. Photographs and postcards: - Set of postcards of house exterior & interiors, Zendingscentrum, Baarn, Netherlands. - Set of postcards of the Centre International D'Etudes Pedagogiques, Sevres, France. Some of these have notes from Hans to Grace on the back of them, sent ot her when he was in Paris. Mostly they refer to the place photographed on the other side, and when he visited it, or what he saw there, 1952 - 1961 - 3 b/w photographs of technical classes. The stamp on the back states they were taken during a class as part of the watchmaking industry in Paris. There is also a stamp from the Inspection Generale de l'Education Manuelle et Technique. One of the cards has a note on it from Raoul Croizin saying they are a souvenir of an excellent trip. - b/w contact sheet of photographs from an exhibition on the life and work of Nicholas Hans.
