Title	Second Generation Study: Coding instructions for the reading test and school questionnaire

Description	Coding instructions for processing data collected in the Second Generation Study, a sub-study of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). The data was collected using a mixture of reading tests with the children, and questionnaires with teachers at schools. The coding manuals give lists of variable names, and instructions for the coder to grade answers with a number depending on the type of answer to that particular question. Includes an unused copy of the school questionnaire, with the variable names annotated by each question.
