Description	Papers regarding the Medical Research Council (MRC)’s 1992 review of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). As the NSHD's core costs have been funded by the MRC since 1962, the MRC carries out these reviews of the study every 5 years. They are therefore also known as 'quinquennial reviews' or ‘QQRs’. This file includes: - correspondence with the MRC regarding the visit of an MRC subcommittee on 8 October 1992; - a programme for the visit; - notes and statistics for internal NSHD meetings; - draft chapters for the progress report; - notes from a preliminary visit from the subcommittee.
