Description	Documents regarding the 2008 data collection carried out at the Birmingham Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (WTCRF), for the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) as part of their ‘Life course pathways to ageing’ research programme. This file includes: - a 3-day training schedule for the nurses who will carry out the data collection; - printed email correspondence to plan the training sessions, and correspondence with the Wellcome Trust to apply to use their facilities; - plans of the 2008-09 data collection; - ethics application forms; - costings for the Birmingham data collection.
