Description	Documents for nurses to use, when they visited study members to collect data for the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) in 1999. File contains: - nurse interview manuals, including draft versions; - instructions for taking physical measurements; - a CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interview) booklet; - an appointment diary; - confidentiality forms; - blank appointment forms; - show cards and a coding frame for the word search, for use in the main interviews.
