Description	Papers regarding an interview with a study member of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). The National Centre for Social Research (Natcen) was contracted to carry out the interviews for this data collection in 1999. Irregularities with this particular interview were discovered during Natcen’s quality-control process. This file contains: - correspondence between the NSHD and Natcen; - the study member’s consent booklet; - handwritten notes; - a letter from the NSHD to the study member.
