Description	Coding instruction for the ''NF4' and 'A7' questionnaires used to collect data as part of the National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) in 1961. The A7 questionnaire was the final interview with the mother, and the NF4 questionnaire asked study members themselves about jobs and hobbies.
