Description	Coding instructions for processing the completed H1 to H6 questionnaires of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). File also includes: - copies of the H6 questionnaire, with the codes annotated; - a letter from the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys, who carried out coding of extraction sheets for the NSHD; - a letter to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, regarding variables on magnetic tapes.
