Description
Correspondence between the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) and various ethical bodies and research ethics committees in order to gain ethical approval for upcoming data collections of the NSHD. The data that was collected in this period generally went under the project heading ‘Life course pathways to ageing’. The material in this file also covers the Manchester feasibility study in 2006.
The correspondence also includes:
- completed application forms;
- notices of amendments to the proposed study;
- progress reports;
- and examples of template letters, blank forms, and blank questionnaires;
- a 'Serious Adverse Event Form' (this document has been closed under data protection legislation).
