Description	Documents regarding a ‘substantial amendment’ to the ethics application for the ‘Life course pathways to ageing’ data collection, in the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). The amendment was necessary to adjust that way that study members were to be informed of their blood test results. This file includes: - correspondence with various ethics bodies, including Central Manchester Research Ethics Committee, in order to gain ethical approval for the upcoming data collection; - completed application forms; - printed notes and memos.
