Description	A copy of a typed manuscript entitled 'The National Survey of Health and Development: A general description of the data that have been collected about the children, their homes, schools and educational progress' (54 pages). This report covers the NSHD data collected up to when the NSHD study members were 15, which would have been 1961. It has 10 short chapters, and an introduction with the title 'The Origins and Scope of the National Survey of Health and Development'. This manuscript may have been the beginnings of a report on delinquency for the home office (see page 4 of Michael Wadsworth’s document at NSHD/1/7 in this archive).
