Contains a letter from K Pearson in 1900 admonishing her for her "speech" in the South African News in support of the Boer cause, the letter was returned by S C Cronwright Schreiner who did not let Olive see it; letters from Sir Horatio Brian Donkin from December 1886 regarding her fragile mental state and urging Karl to visit her, desire to meet with Karl, informing of Schreiner's departure from London with her landlady, and reports of her health in autumn 1887 (Schreiner had returned to England); and two letters from Henry Havelock Ellis on Hintonian pamphlet, and ending communications. |
