Description	Marked by Simon as 'Miscellaneous documents used in the section of the chapter on Dorchester'. Comprises correspondence from Brian to his wife Joan during his time with the GHQ Liasion Regiment mostly dating from 1942-1943. Also includes some letters from Joan Simon to her mother and between Ernest Simon and Joan, a list of further files compiled by Simon probably during his research for the autobiography and a notebook charting Simon's progress with his autobiography (1992-1994). There are typed transcripts of some of the letters. Other letters have had sections removed (during the war) for security reasons. All the letters have been numbered by Brian Simon and some have been annotated during his research for the autobiography.
