Description	Comprises correspondence and papers regarding the establishment of the journal FORUM founded by Brian Simon, Robin Pedley and Jack Walton in 1958 to analyse government policy on comprehensive education from the age of three to nineteen. The papers included in this section are those of Brian Simon. They were passed to Clyde Chitty when he became the Editor of the journal. They have been retained separately as accruals are expected.
