DescriptionVarious kinds of material regarding far-right and fascist activity in the UK, collected by Maurice Orbach, General Secretary of the Trades Advisory Council (TAC) from 1940 to 1979, for his 'Fascist activities' files.

The material in this file includes:

- letters to the TAC alerting them of suspected fascists;
- clippings from far-right newspapers;
- cuttings of news reports of activities of far-right groups, including the League of Empire Loyalists;
- letters to local papers warning of antisemitic attitudes in the UK;
- leaflets and booklets of anti-fascist groups, including the ‘43 Group’;
- press cuttings of trials of Nazi war criminals, in Europe;
- minutes of meeting of the Anti-Fascist London Committee 22 March 1963;
- a newsletter from AJEX (Association of Jewish Ex-Service Men and Women);
- leaflets from far-right organisations;
- press cuttings on the ‘Moral Rearmament’ movement;
- press cuttings regarding various Jewish organisations.
