| AdminHistory | 'In June 2002, TLRP held a two day Phase 1 Network Conference in Derbyshire. This was attended by 21 delegates all with a position in the Phase 1 Projects. Members of the TLRP Core Team attended the discussions in order to help draw out key issues and action points. Key issues discussed included Conditions for Learning; Research and the benefits of Networks.The Conference concluded with recommendations for the TLRP team and covered items such as setting up a programme group, publishing a newsletter devoted to Phase 1 outputs, finding ways to facilitate project communication with politicians and policy-makers; testing TLRP Themes against findings and issues arising from projects to determine if Themes were meaningful'.
