The proposal was turned down at this point but was finally published as 'Discovering Development with the 3-5s' Draft of a letter and greetings card written by Fysh regarding Maureen Cox's publication. The letter is dated June 17 but is not addressed to anyone and neither item appear to have been sent to anyone
