Description	Letters to De Beer following the BBC broadcast of "The Origin of the Etruscans" in 1955, and its subsequent publication. Carbon copies of De Beer's outgoing letters are interspersed throughout. The letters concern the broadcast; research into blood groups in population distribution; requests for offprints; the principle of balanced polymorphism; the Weinberg-Hardy Theorem; the Etruscan language; enclosed newspaper clippings regarding the archaeological excavations at Spina; and regarding Cook's opening address to the Ciba Foundation.
