Quoted from the steering committee's Terms of Reference: 'The LTSN was established in 1999 by the UK HE funding bodies as part of a wider drive to enhance the quality of UK higher education. The aim of the LTSN is to promote high quality learning through the development and transfer of good pracitices in all subject disciplines, and to provide a 'one stop shop' of learning and teaching resources for the HE community.' These folders contain: annual reports; agendas, minutes, reports, and other meeting papers; operational plans and budgets; and the steering committee's Terms of Reference.
