Also contains a deed conveying certain property at Spittlebridge and in and around the parish of Whitby, Yorks, from Thomas Peirson to his son, George Peirson, in consideration for an annual sum of £4 to be paid by George Peirson to Thomas Peirson during the latter's lifetime, and to pay 40 shillings to Thomas' wife Elizabeth every year after her husband's death, if he predeceased her.
