Description	This newsletter began in November 1963 when it was decided that a more glossy magazine would be created for parents and members and that this newsletter would simply be 'produced from time to time by the General Secretary' with the 'purpose of delivering official notices and snippets of news to our members'. Therefore, it effectively took over from the staff newsletter (see Sub-Series FSC/3/6), but was less rigid in structure. The FSC magazine (see Sub-Series FSC/3/4) was edited separately.
