Nov 30 talks about flying kites with James and his father on Parliament Hill; watched "the Puppet" do a version of Faust
Nov 4 (probably mistake and should be Dec 4, as between Dec 3 and Dec 7) Fry writes "have sent in my resignation to the Society of friend" and explains that she feels present Quakers deviate along other lines.
Jan 22 talks of giving a talk to a "guild of Cooperator[illegible] (wholesale) Women" on the differences between Turkish convention and British; listened to Norman Angell speak at the R.U.I.I on practical immediate policy, Mrs StClair Stobart spoke of her conversion after seeing the Bulg[arian] camps.
Jan 23 went to a meeting for reducation of armaments. Fry states that "It is calculated that counting direct or indirect expenditure £5,000,000,000 is spent annually on armaments" and goes on to talk about armament frims listing Vickers & Maxim, Brown, Cammell & Laird, Beardmore, Armstrong Whitworth mentioned in the talk of a "Ind. Lab(?)" man named Newbold
Jan 27 mentions Louise Talbot is visiting; went to a lecture at Bedford College by Sir Oliver on Ether
Jan 29 mentions new teacher at her school, Mrs Alcock, and new lessons/schemes "carpentry or a medical inspection"
Feb 3 account of experiences of Miss Durham (visitor from Albania) on a conflict situation she was in
Feb 5 met a Prof Kellner who was some kind of Shakespeare scholar

This is just a summary of some entries. Most entries in this diary are accounts of Fry's activities in a day including teaching; looking after children; meeting with friends; discussing politics, religion, and foreign affairs; having visitors from different counties staying with her. In the last entry (Mar 25) Fry mentions the rections of friends for and against her travelling to Turkey and say "Why ever can't you stay quietly where you are?". A list (for her trip?) can be found in the back cover, it reads;
