DescriptionTest cards for distribution at Galton's propsed Newcastle lecture on the physical and intellectual characteristics of man. The cards contain lines of various lengths, intended to test perception of the differences in length.
The cards are accompanied by answer papers, bearing three options: "The middle division seems to be longest; All the divisions seem to be of the same length; The middle division seems to be shortest."
