Description	Manuscript letter. Busch was a member of the Malthusian League and its message was spread through tracts and pamphlets. Dr H A Allbutt, a member, wrote a pamphlet and he was threatened with expulsion by Edinburgh's College of Physicians. Busch enlists Galton's support against this.
