Congratulations on receiving the Darwin Medal from the Royal Society (1902). Pamphlet Questions on the Customs, Beliefs, and Languages of Savages by J G Frazer (Cambridge, 1907). Hopes to establish a fund for sending anthropological expeditions to collect information about indigenous peoples. Thanks Galton for sending his Memoirs. Notes that he was working on a book on totemism and exogamy based on known facts arranged ethnographically. Congratulations on new honour (1909).
