Description	A broad ribbon of blue and red, seemingly designed to fit around someone's neck. It appears to be related to Moses Gaster's medal for the Romanian Order of Merit, although the colours of the ribbon are different. With envelope labelled 'Order of Merit; Broad ribbon' in Gaster's handwriting. See also GASTER/7/A/1/17.
