Description	A poster in Yiddish by the 'Million Penny Fund' for the Jews caused to suffer by the war. Overseen by the 'Workers’ Fund'. Moses Gaster is mentioned as the Honorary President. The treasurer is Mr Morris Moskowitz [sp?] The poster announces 'Bargains! Bargains!' - a great bazaar in the Whitechapel Art Gallery. Open 7 days, 3-10 September (no year is mentioned, but it is likely to be 1916). Nightly concerts from 7pm to 9.30pm; games; amusements; refreshments. 2 copies. See also GASTER/8/C/23.
