Arrangement	Originally the documents were arranged by date in box files and this order has been maintained. Files relating to the 1950 reconstruction were split over 4 box files. Originally the material was arranged by largely by date into 'volumes' numbered I-XI corresponding to the date on the outside of the files. The files were rearranged at a later date and have been retained in the order in which they were received by the archive.
