| Arrangement | It appears that this correspondence may have been held in a series which was related to the carbon copies series (GDS/10/1/4) as the letters do appear to have once been numbered. The correspondence was removed from the original filing structure and rearranged by year, subject and alphabetically by the name of the school. This subseries was listed by the Trust and a file list was added at the beginning of every file. A full list can be found in the depositor file in the Archives office. This list does not always cover every letter in the file and some of the letters were weeded when the collection was catalogued. |
