Description	Index to GDS/28/2-3 up to 1975 formerly held in a ring binder. Also includes correspondence between Miss McCraig and Miss Gill regarding the indexing of the minutes. It appears that when the early hand written minutes were typed up, the two committees were treated as the same body and the pages were number chronologically. When the signed minutes were pasted into the first volume (GDS/28/2/2) the minutes of the Board were pasted into the front of the volume and the minutes of the Executive Committee were pasted in the reverse of the volume, though the chronological page numbers were retained. When the volumes were indexed in 1956 they were indexed using the chronological page numbers. Therefore, when using this index to find references in GDS/28/2/2, reader must bare in mind that the page number they are looking for could be either in the front or reverse of the volume. This practice was dropped by GDS/28/2/3.
