TitleTorn documents: Poems of George Bellas
Datec.1775-c.1777
DescriptionPapers of George Greenough which have all been torn up. It is unclear why they were torn up, but at some point someone has sorted the fragments into matching bundles, so that it is possible to reassemble the documents. The torn papers in this file consist of handwritten poems, may of which are signed 'G.B.', which is likely to be George Bellas, Greenough's father. The poems are written in pen, but on some of them Greenough has added in pencil the year he thinks it was written.
