File 9 contains correspondence covering the years 1955-57; these items were removed from General Correspondence folder 185 (see HALDANE/5/1/4).
Arrangement	Due to the large volume of correspondence relating to the activities of the Department of Biometry, the papers have been arranged chronologically in files by year.
